All staff are carefully screened and then trained in fine dining and buffet setup and service by SES. Every staff person must have previous experience in fine dining restaurants, hotels or catering, and must be neat and clean in appearance to even be considered for hire. New hires are trained extensively to ensure they meet our high standards. We realize that not only our reputation, but also your reputation, depends on having the best staff possible on an event.
Staff can make an immediate and lasting impression upon your guests. They are the first people your guests see upon arrival and usually the last upon leaving. Founder and owner Frank Barnes has worked in the Food & Beverage industry for over 25 years. He has worked for fine-dining restaurants, nightclubs, hotels and caterers. In addition, Frank has held supervisory positions in the catering departments at two major movie studios.
