Minimum requirements:
Wait staff & bar staff must have a minimum of one year of experience in fine-dining
restaurants, hotel banquets, or catering.
Cooks must have either one year of experience in a restaurant or be a graduate of or
second year student of a culinary school program.
A professional, positive, can-do attitude is a must. We also require a neat, clean
appearance. Our staff work with some of the most exclusive clients in Los Angeles.
This includes most of the major movie studios and many of the largest caterers and
corporations in the city. Our clients demand the best and so do we.
