Our starting pay is industry competitive and DOE.
Minimum requirements:
Wait staff & bar staff must have a minimum of two years of experience in catering or
hotel banquets.
Cooks must have a minimum of two years real world experience in restaurant,
catering, hotels etc. Experience working fast-paced grills or various stations is a
plus. Good knife skills and speed are absolutely essential.
A professional, positive, can-do attitude is a must. We also require a neat, clean
appearance. Our staff work with some of the most exclusive clients in Los Angeles.
This includes most of the major movie studios and many of the largest caterers and
corporations in the city. Our clients demand the best and so do we.
